If you are obeying the gm diet non-veg plan, you should eat beef, or meat, fish on the gm diet day 5 (20 ounces). But, if you are serving the vegetarian gm diet chart, you can replace meat with brown rice or cottage cheese.

Breakfast(Morning): Meat meal (5-6 oz) with two tomatoes (wholemeal).

Lunch(afternoon): Meat meal (7-8 oz) with two tomatoes (wholemeal).

Snack(Evening): Wonder soup or tomato juice

Dinner(Night): Meat meal (5-6 oz) with two tomatoes (wholemeal).

Your body would demand additional water content if you follow the non-veg plan. Hence, you need to drink 4 cups of extra water on this day.
